Our client, a top 50 practice is currently looking to recruit a residential real estate lawyer to join them on a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover a maternity leave. The position will involve; working on large developments and in some cases off plan residential sales for developer clients based in the UK, the middle east and beyond. The firm are highly regarded in this area and act for wealthy individuals and large developers and investors on luxury residential sales and purchases.
