Insurance/Financial Services Lawyer, 3+ Luxembourg

This global commercial insurance company is looking for a generalist Financial Services lawyer to join its Legal Team in Luxembourg.

In this role you will be the primary legal adviser to the continental European subsidiary of the Group.

You will advise on all areas of the business across a number of geographies including France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Denmark.

You will advise on:

• insurance e.g. drafting insurance agreements, Terms of Business Agreements, broker agreements, marketing agreements, affinity contracts, introducer agreements and multi-national B2B agreements;
• commercial agreements e.g. data protection, leases, employment;
• regulatory and compliance matters; and
• complaints.

You will be a Civil Law Jurisdiction qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, ideally gained in the insurance practice of a top European Law Firm and/or In-House at an insurance company or broker. French speaking is essential.
