The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property solicitor to join a thriving team based just outside of Havant, Hampshire
In this role, you will be working on a broad and dynamic caseload varying in size, complexity and net-worth. However, the firm's close ties with local businesses, and individuals does give the firm a fantastic client base.
Whilst the caseload will be diverse, you will be predominately focussing on: freehold/leasehold, transfer of equity, lease extensions, remortgaging and general landlord and Tennent matters. You will be working on caseloads not only varying in value, but also in complexity giving you fantastic caseload exposure.
Requirements
- You will be ideally 3+ years PQE and will have the same experience in running your own files
- You will be motived and driven to make a name for yourself in the market.
- You will have an eye for detail and be keen to progress
