The role
We are looking for a paralegal, CILEX or one year PQE solicitor – you will need to have at least 2 years' experience in the private client team in a law firm; this is an expansion post as new work levels are high.
The successful candidate will ideally undertake a caseload of estate administration and trust administration work, along with Wills and lasting powers of attorney.
Work will include daily contact with clients, their families and carers; you will give advice on a wide range of practical and legal issues and run a caseload of your own files under supervision, particularly Trust administration, Wills and Administration of Estates.
