Actions Against Police & Civil Liberties Solicitor - South London
£35 - 45,000
A highly regarded firm in South London have interesting plans for growth over the coming years and are looking for a Solicitor who specialises within Actions against Public Authorities & Civil Liberties, to join them on this journey.
The firm have established a strong reputation in this area and undertake a range of matters from police complaints through to inquests into suspicious deaths. The Partner is completly open to various working arrangements, including part time hours and home working on a flexible basis.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience assisting claimants in all types of claims
- Sound knowledge & understanding of legal aid funding & CFAs
- Ideally 3+ years experience within Actions Against Police & Civil Liberties work, although individuals with less experience who are able to successfully manage their own case load will also be considered
