You will be experienced in either Contentious or Non-Contentious matters and you will have the opportunity to work with individuals across TMT, Creative Media space as well as Engineering, Sciences and Fashion.

The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Intellectual Property Partner to join a Top 100 practice into their City of London office being and being part of a Growing, Investing practice!

IP is one of the most value assets hold, as such this has been huge aware of growth for this practice. Naturally stemming from the strong corporate, Media and Retail clients this firm possess.

The department undertakes both contentious and non-contentious work with individuals undertaken either or both matters. You will work on the most elaborate IP Portfolio working across Patents, Licenses, Competition, Assets, Brand Management, Copyrights and trademarks.

This firm work with start-ups right up to household names across the TMT, Creative Media space as well as Engineering, Sciences and Fashion.

Requirements

• You will be a Intellectual Property Partner with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE)
• You will have good experience of running your own high-quality caseload
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills are necessary
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
