My client based in the centre of Manchester is a Legal 500 recognised law firm, who specialise in high-quality legal services for people who have sustained a serious injury or live with a disability and they are looking for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join the team
The role is to provide extensive assistance; both legal and administrative, to Senior Fee Earners/Court of Protection Deputies and provide support in the administration of the financial affairs of clients of the Court of Protection department.
The ideal candidate will have around 12 months + experience of COP Property and affairs work and will be Grade D Level Fee Earner as the role is to provide assistance to the senior Fee Earners/Deputies and to enable the senior fee earners to concentrate on other, more complex legal tasks, giving them support and assistance when requested. You will also have a case-load of your own that they will run subject to supervision.
