Corporate Solicitor
A Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor to strengthen its team and build upon its continued success.
The Corporate Solicitor’s responsibilities will include:
- Advising commercial clients based in the region and further afield on all aspects of corporate and commercial law
- Taking responsibility for your own caseload of corporate transactions
- Leading teams on matters
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
The successful Corporate Solicitor will be:
- An experienced practitioner (8+ years’ PQE), working within another leading regional or national law firm
- Driven to work to the highest level and develop new, strong business relationships
- An outstanding communicator, with excellent organisational and technical skills
The Corporate Solicitor will receive:
- £50,000-£70,000 DOE
