Fantastic opportunity at a long standing Top 100 law firm with a tremendous reputation across a number of sectors and a highly regarded Property Litigation team. Despite being an international firm with flagship offices worldwide, there is still a distinct focus on their North West presence and having recently undertaken a successful restructure, they are once again looking to expand across a number of sectors.

The practices highly regarded and growing Commercial Property Team is already established at the firms' Manchester office. As such, the firm is now seeking to bring on board an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor at an Associate level who can be a key point of contact and deal with a significant amount of the firms' property litigation matters.

You will need to have gained a minimum of 1 years' PQE and no more than 5 years' PQE of undertaking the full remit of property litigation matters. The role will stretch to dealing with disputes arising out of  the healthcare & construction sectors and it would be advantageous if you had some prior experience in either sector, however not essential.

This role is different as it is not just limited to dealing with purely fee earning as you will also be expected to work with Partners and helo market the department and leveraging off your contacts to open up new revenue streams so this opportunity really does allow you to make your mark on the firm and build upon its already considerable market share.

Salary will range in the £30,000 - £55,000 level and an attractive benefits package is on offer which includes 25 days’ holiday entitlement as well as opportunities to buy & sell holidays. Other benefits include an active social scene, with team drinks & organised social events a regular thing, as well as a greater work/life balance to the other larger Manchester practices.
