EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL DIRECTOR – 6+ PQE – EAST ANGLIA – JOB REF:1352

An opportunity has arisen to join a top tier, Legal 500 practice as an Employment Solicitor/Legal Director. Handling a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, you will be advising individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organisations and working alongside a highly experienced partner led Tier 2 employment team. Ideally you will have 6 years' experience in a similar role, a solid understanding of contracts, policies, discrimination, TUPE and Employment Tribunal claims, an excellent client care skills and be technically strong with an eye for detail.
