COURT OF PROTECTION/PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/PARTNER – 6+ PQE – WARWICKSHIRE – JOB REF:1353

Highly regarded regional practice offering a fantastic reward and benefits package, together with a competitive salary, £50,000 to £60,000 (DOE). The successful Solicitor/Partner will handle an existing caseload of preparation and registration of LPAs, preparation of advance decisions, Court of Protection applications, management of affairs under a deputyship, care funding, wills and estate planning and preservation of assets. You will manage and develop a team and contribute to business development initiatives. You should have a natural passion for business development and a clear strategy in mind of what contribution you are able to make. A strong network of contacts and proven track record is essential. You will be used to dealing with a large number of clients and a busy caseload. Enthusiasm and drive are definitely essential for this position. Ideally you will also have gained supervisory / management experience within a previous role.
