A highly regarded and reputable Legal 500 firm in the Canterbury area are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ years’ PQE). Acting for developers, investors, high net worth individuals, retailers and lenders, your caseload will comprise of a wide variety of commercial property transactions including development site acquisitions, land acquisitions and disposals, financing and business leases for a range of premises.
You will manage your own caseload from day one, alongside developing the commercial property client base.
