This leading practice based in Aldershot are looking to grow with the addition of a Court of Protection Solicitor.

The role

You will join the busy Court of Protection department that specialises in all aspects of Mental Capacity Law. You will work on a varied caseload of Court of Protection and all the work this department deals with is contentious.

There is the opportunity for you to grow and develop the team further for those with a strong leadership skillset.
This role is also suitable for a private client solicitor who is looking to specialise in Court of Protection matters. For this, there will be a element of self-teaching with support from the practice in doing so. There is a element of home-working in light of Covid-19.

Requirements

• You a qualified solicitor in Court of Protection (or possibly private client) and you will be 3+ years PQE
• The ability to lead a small team within the firm
• If you are not highly experienced in this practice area, you will have the drive, enthusiasm to self-teach and get yourself up to speed.
