Due to growth, this reputed law firm now require an additional solicitor or legal executive to join their residential property team in Salisbury.
Specifically, you will act for developers selling new build properties and individuals looking to buy new build properties.
You should ideally have between 4-8 years' experience in all new-build conveyancing processes, including Help to Buy funding. You will work in this busy and time-critical department managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
You will act for some of the top house builders in the country, as well as first time buyers and experienced property investors.
This role is available due to team growth.
