Residential Conveyancer - Sheffield
A great opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer with some commercial property experience to join a Legal 500 recommended firm in Sheffield.

THE OPPORTUNITY
-A fantastic opportunity for a legal executive, residential conveyancer or a licensed conveyancer who has had some exposure to commercial property matters.
-You will handle a predominately residential caseload with some commercial property matters to include: sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy, right to buy
-You will be working with and will be supported by a tier 3 ranked legal 500 commercial property team.
REQUIREMENTS
-Previous experience, knowledge and demonstrable background of handling residential conveyancing matters
-You will be confident running your own caseload
- You will have some prior knowledge of commercial property matters.
-You will work well as part of a team in a busy environment
