Senior Associate, Leveraged Finance

I have been instructed by a global law firm who are looking to add an exceptional Senior Associate to their Leveraged Finance team. The team advises both lenders and borrowers on the financing of domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions.
You will be involved with all aspects of a wide range of high-profile debt financing transaction including but not limited to, leveraged buy outs, structured finance, acquisition financings and growth market loans. You will be negotiating, documenting and advising clients on loan agreements, bond indentures and related contracts.
You will be able to demonstrate strong technical ability with an international awareness. You will have gained exposure to leveraged and acquisition finance deals and have the experience of assisting clients with distressed credit issues.
