The Role and Responsibilities

The Group Legal Team is seeking a Commercial Paralegal to manage the day to day legal administration of the department. The position has arisen due to the company’s exceptional growth over recent years and has been devised to support the Head of Legal and provide legal support to the UK and Rest of the European businesses. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring commercial and corporate contracts are signed
• Drafting NDA letters and Confidentiality statements
• Dealing with litigated claims 
• Updating online filing systems

The role is ideally suited for a commercially astute paralegal with prior experience  working within a commercial environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as a good ability to manage competing deadline. You will have excellent organisational skills, IT skills, ability to prioritise competing tasks and work under pressure.

A confident communicator with the ability to quickly build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, you will be excited to look after the contentious and non-contentious interests of this fast-paced organisation with customers firmly placed at its core. Robust technical and organisational skills are a must.
