Paralegal - Commercial Contracts - In-House Company

The Client

Our client is a leading data analysis firm, who are seeking a highly-experienced commercial contracts paralegal to join their legal services team in London (Working from home).

The Role

Your role will include:

• Previous experience drafting a variety of contracts including complex vendor agreements, technical agreements, procurement contracts, NDA’s, and other types of contracts;
• Previous experience working in-house;
• Excellent communication skills
• An interest to learn complex subject matter across an array of business sectors
• A high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
• A self-starter attitude, combined with the ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking while working in a collaborative, team environment

The Requirements

• Considerable experience working with vast range of commercial contracts
• Experience in contract negotiation
• Team management experience
