Our client's New York office has an urgent need for an Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Tax group. Ideal candidates should have experience with M&A (public or private) and with partnership tax. Their work includes transactions featuring the interplay of the U. tax system with the tax systems of virtually every major financial center in Canada, Europe and Asia.
