Banking & Finance Solicitor vacancy - leading Cardiff firm

Exciting new role joining this heavyweight commercial practice in the South Wales market and focusing on an excellent range of good quality Banking & Finance practice.

You will join a team that is successful, with an excellent reputation, and busy advising a broad range of funders, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. Due to their consistent levels of work they are now looking for another Banking & Finance Solicitor to join the team to work on a variety of matters, including general corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance. The team provides a full range of advice on finance matters from bilateral to LMA based club transactions to restructurings and refinancings, and you will work closely alongside a lead partner in these areas, running your own work under supervision and getting involved in and assisting on larger matters.

This is an excellent and quite rare to see in the market junior level opportunity to develop your career as a high profile Banking & Finance Solicitor.
