HEAD OF LITIGATION - NORTH WEST

Our client, an established legal services company is looking for an experienced litigator to head up its team spread across three offices in the North West of England.

Role Overview

This is a permanent role to join the established litigation department which carries out a range of civil litigation work.

The role is not to manage individuals but to coordinate and lead the litigation strategy across the different established teams to drive productivity and growth.

This head iof litigation role will suit an experienced litigator who has an excellent grasp of civil procedure and can demonstrate previously setting litigation strategy and keeping on top of any regulatory changes.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking and civil litigation lawyer with the following experience/characteristics:

• Solicitor or Legal Executive who can demonstrate a strong track record in civil litigation. Because this role will cover a number of different areas of litigation our client is willing to consider anybody who can demonstrate technical expertise in litigated work to multi track level.
• Previous experience formulating strategy for a department or team is essential.
• The ability to foster and maintain excellent working relationships.
