A leading legal 500 and chambers listed commercial firm with a national presence and reputation are looking to recruit a solicitor into their corporate team in Leicester
The team deal with a broad range corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, corporate finance and joint ventures. The firms clients include a wide range of businesses from smaller family owned companies up to multi national corporations. The reputation of the firm in this area of law is first class ensuring a regular flow of good quality, varied and interesting work into the team.
The successful candidate for this role will likely be a corporate lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE in dealing with corporate law matters within a similarly well respected commercial firm.
