JOB TITLE: Experienced Family Solicitor
PQE: 6+ PQE
LOCATION: North Yorkshire
SALARY: Dependant on Experience

THE ROLE:
The successful applicant will be either a qualified Solicitor or member of CILEx with a minimum of 6 years' experience in mixed Family Law matters. The Experienced Family Solicitor or CILEx will have broad experience in all aspects of Family work to include both Private and Publicly funded work, comprised of divorce, children matters, domestic violence and high value finance and assets. Business development is a key part of this role therefore it is essential that this is an interest of candidates that wish to apply. It is likely that the successful Family Solicitor will be called upon to supervise and assist the wider team and conduct training from time to time. Experienced Family Solicitors / CILEx with a following are encouraged to apply.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives that have at least 6 years' experience in this field of law. Applications from candidates who have a client following are particularly of interest. The ideal candidate will have a passion for this area of law and be interested in business development to help grow this busy team and develop new client relationships. It is essential that the Experienced Family Solicitor / CILEx can demonstrate supervisory experience in a previous role.
