The opportunity
- You will join a team undertaking a variety of personal and corporate insolvency litigation work generated by the firm as well as carrying out litigation for insolvency practitioner clients
- You will support the firm's Insolvency Practitioners, Partners and other Solicitors with matters
- You will be exposed to various matters which include but are not limited to dealing with applications for possession and sale, application for disclosure, annulment of bankruptcy applications, claims against Directors and applications to rescind winding up orders.

The requirements
- You are a NQ solicitor seeking a new opportunity or have prior litigation experience then you can be considered as full training will be given
- insolvency litigation experience is beneficial
- You will be effective at communicating both oral and written
- commitment to business development
- Driven
- Excellent organisational skills
