Our client is looking for a strong corporate lawyer to provide support to the UK Corporate Practice Group in their London office in all areas of corporate law. The role combines more traditional PSL responsibilities with a focus on legal technology and innovation and assisting with clients' corporate reporting.
Broad experience of corporate work with knowledge of corporate transactions and public company reporting are essential, but prior PSL experience is not.
