Start-up opportunity - dispute resolution - 7+PQE

Our client is a brand new boutique litigation firm, headed by an experienced disputes Partner who has already had a stellar career at premium law firms.

The partner has a very strong pipeline of high value and high profile international disputes, working with clients including High Net Worth individuals, family offices, trading houses and private equity funds. The work includes high value complex commercial disputes, fraud, investment banking disputes, breaches of trust and fiduciary duty, money laundering, bribery and corruption, and shareholder disputes.

This is an opportunity to leverage your high quality disputes experience to join a high quality disputes boutique on the ground floor to work with a genuinely diverse client base on a range of interesting matters.

The successful candidate will be most likely 7-8 PQE (there may be opportunities for stars below this level), and will have a broad range of commercial litigation (and ideally arbitration) experience, with training and experience coming most likely from a City or high quality international firm.

Our client is looking for a technically excellent dispute resolution specialist; somebody with a passion for the law who can become a valued and reliable senior member of the firm. This may suit a Senior Associate from a much larger firm, but you must be committed to the prospect of working for a smaller, start-up firm and a hands-on senior role in a high quality practice, with all the responsibility, flexibility, risks and rewards this entails.
