This is a great opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury solicitor to join a highly stable and profitable law firm as an Associate/Senior Solicitor.
This position is based in their South Manchester office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong billing background and be financially motivated to take advantage of a market leading bonus structure. The bonus structure is 1.5% for claims settled at stage 1 and 2 of the portal and 3% for claims settled at stage 3 or out of the portal. This should return roughly £10,000 per year.
You will report directly into the Associate Partner.
You will initially be solely focusing on fee earning duties and the position will progress into a mixed management and fee earning role. Upon reaching management, you will manage a team of 4.
There are 2 positions currently and the salary bracket is £30,000 - £45,000 plus bonus. There is flexibility on offer which may allow you to work up to 2 days per week from home. Free parking is also on offer for when you go into the office.
