The role

This national firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing offering based in Southampton, Hampshire

In this role you will be joining a very strong bench of litigators spanning several south coast offices. This department deals with a variety of HNW work which includes:

• Shareholder disputes
• Contract disputes
• Insolvency
• Professional negligence

In this role you will managing an existing caseload coupled with the opportunity to develop and grow your own personal practice. This firm are looking to financially invest in their next hire as it is a key strategic move for them.

Requirements

• You will be 5+ years PQE and have experience in management / department strategy
• You will be able to run your own files comfortably, and enjoy business development
• You will be ambitious, commercially minded and want to push a department to the next level
