SUMMARY: Barrister, London - An experienced Barrister is required by this leading firm to provide advocacy within their regulatory department.
JOB TITLE: Barrister
PQE REQUIRED: 2 to 4 years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Dependent on experience
THE ROLE: This first class regulatory team is keen to recruit an experienced Barrister to join them to cover a period of maternity leave. In this ever changing position you will be responsible for providing high quality advocacy in cases relating to healthcare regulation. You will review court bundles, liaise with witnesses and present cases before panel. There will be some requirement to travel for the position.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be a qualified Barrister with between 2 and 4 years call, with good experience of providing advocacy for regulatory cases. An excellent knowledge of the law surrounding healthcare regulation is essential, as is the ability to provide clear and concise case updates to non-legal professionals. You will also be able to work well independently and within a team.
