EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR – 1+ PQE - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE – SALARY £35,000 TO £50,000 (DOE) – JOB REF:1187
A qualified Solicitor with existing expertise in Employment law, you will be an energetic, tenacious and committed team player seeking to make a secure career move. The successful candidate will be handling the full spectrum of Employment law matters from a respondent and claimant perspective. This role will comprise both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, ranging from unfair dismissal, discrimination cases, maternity rights, workplace disputes, TUPE and employment contract matters. You will take an active and dynamic approach to your work and will enjoy ‘getting things done'. Dependant on your level of experience you may also have the opportunity to become involved in developing, coaching and mentoring others within the department.
