Corporate - 4PQE to Counsel - Offshore firm - Hong Kong

This well-known and established offshore law firm seeks a talented corporate lawyer for its Hong Kong office.

The firm is looking to make a key addition to its corporate team in Hong Kong by recruiting a senior associate or counsel level lawyer with at least seven years of post-qualification experience to work on a broad range of Cayman and BVI transactions. No previous experience of offshore work is required, but candidates should have at least four years of experience in general corporate matters from a well-known international firm in Hong Kong and will be either England & Wales, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand or Singapore qualified. The ability to speak Chinese (while always helpful) is not a prerequisite, but candidates already in Hong Kong will be given priority.

The role offers plenty of scope for progression and it is expected that the incoming candidate be offered promotion after a successful initial period.
