This regarded firm seeks a Court of Protection Solicitor / Cilex for their Bedford office.
You will be able to demonstrate a solid grounding in Court of Protection work as you will take responsibility for Deputyship Applications, On-going Finance Administration and Ancillary Applications such as Trustee Orders, Interim Orders, and Statutory Will Applications.
The role has come about due to a significant upturn in instructions and you will be expected to be involved in marketing and business development. You should be able to demonstrate strong client care skills and be happy working as part of a team as well as on your own.
