Commercial Legal Counsel, Central London

A fast-growing international higher-education organisation is looking to hire an experienced commercial counsel to join their established team, based in Central London. 

Reporting to the group general counsel the role will require advising on a wide range of commercial legal matters in a fast-paced environment. The role will include: 

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including service agreements, partnership agreements, platform agreements, licensing agreements. 
• Advising business stakeholders within the organisation's sales team, marketing team and procurement team as the business grows 
• Supporting and supervising junior members of the legal team. 
• Managing external counsel when needed. 

Candidates will need to be at least 4 PQE and have trained in a well-regarded law firm or in-house team. Experience drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts and working closely with business stakeholders is essential.
