Residential Conveyancer - Lincoln.
An opportunity has come up within the residential property department of one of Lincolnshires leading law firms.
The successful candidate will likely be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 1 years PQE in dealing with residential conveyancing transactions. You will be able to handle a caseload of matters from start to finish including things like sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds and remortgage matters.
You will become the main point of contact for residential property matters within the firms Lincoln office so must be confident and experienced enough to work day to day unsupervised in the office. However, you will have plently of support and will form part of the wider conveyancing department with lawyers based in other offices. There is the ambition to grow the team in Lincoln over time which could bring about fantastic progression opportunities for the person who comes on board for this role.
Due to the type of role, in addition to strong technical knowledge in dealing with residential conveyancing matters, you will also be keen to play a key role in the future development and success of the team and department in Lincoln by networking and assisting on the business development side of things with agents and works providers.
