Experienced Senior Solicitor / Manager or Partner is required for one of our most prestigious Insurance clients based in Leeds.

THE FIRM:

  • This is a highly regarded corporate Insurance client based in the heart of Leeds. 

THE ROLE:

  • Managing your own high value Catastrophic Injury claims
  • Managing the insurance team which consists a number of fee earners including Solicitors and Paralegals.
  • Manage and develop effective relationships with current insurance clients.
  • Mentoring and leadership of direct reports and the wider Claims and Insurance Teams.
  • Day to Day (partner) duties.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Qualified Solicitor, minimum of 8 years PQE, with proven experience of managing successful insurance departments.
  • Strong academic/degree background;
  • Experience of leading a high value claims personal injury litigation team.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels and cross-functionally.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to be able to prioritise multiple and conflicting workloads.
