Experienced Senior Solicitor / Manager or Partner is required for one of our most prestigious Insurance clients based in Leeds.
THE FIRM:
- This is a highly regarded corporate Insurance client based in the heart of Leeds.
THE ROLE:
- Managing your own high value Catastrophic Injury claims
- Managing the insurance team which consists a number of fee earners including Solicitors and Paralegals.
- Manage and develop effective relationships with current insurance clients.
- Mentoring and leadership of direct reports and the wider Claims and Insurance Teams.
- Day to Day (partner) duties.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Qualified Solicitor, minimum of 8 years PQE, with proven experience of managing successful insurance departments.
- Strong academic/degree background;
- Experience of leading a high value claims personal injury litigation team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels and cross-functionally.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to be able to prioritise multiple and conflicting workloads.
