This reputable firm is looking for an Employment Partner to join their high calibre City of London office.

You will be part of an award-winning practice that houses Chambers ranked Lawyers and is Legal 500 listed across most of their practice areas. This firm will give exposure to an exceptional client pool as well as working on high-quality, diverse work.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an Employment Partner into their modern City of London office.

The team is dynamic and punches well above their weight. You work with the other partners to drive the department forward.

The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work.

The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly we are working to strengthen our capacity at that level.

There are excellent prospects here for progression with the continued growth of this department and the firm.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Senior Employment Lawyer
  • You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
  • Experience of managing more junior colleagues is to advantage, but not essential
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Salary is above market rate and dependent on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
