Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking to appoint a Banking and Finance lawyer to join their office in Budapest, Hungary. The team have a broad range of experience in the financial sector and are known for their reputation with institutionalised lenders and private funders. The firm are also known on legal 500 for their experience in the sector and have partners that are reputable in the ‘leading individuals ‘sector.
The team are seeking a finance lawyer with 1+ years’ experience. You will be advising clients specifically around the energy sector on a range of areas such as;
- Business Restructuring
- Insolvency
- Transactional Finance
- Capital markets
- Equity Finance
- Corporate Finance/Acquisition Finance
- Restructuring and Insolvency
- Derivatives
Fluency in Greek and English.
