Corporate Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor with a market leading practice and Tier 1 ranked Corporate team who are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to be based in Leicester. This is a permanent position, although full time and part time will be considered.

The Role:
The successful Corporate Solicitor will:

* Handle a high profile corporate case load including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals or companies and businesses, reorganisations and corporae advisory
* Have an opportunity to advise on a range of transactions up to and including multi million pound transactions
* Work closely with other teams internally liaising with banking and real estate teams
* Take an active role in networking activities and building the profile of the firm

The Candidate:

* You will be a Corporate Solicitor ideally with over 4 years worth of experience in Corporate law
* You will need to be confident in dealing with Corporate matters working to a high level of autonomy, taking instructions from Partners and delegating where necessary
* You are like to have strong academics and experience of working in a city or medium/large provincial practice is desirable
