Pre Litigation Executive

Personal Injury Fee Earner | Stoke-on-Trent | £24,000 - £27,500

Our client, a national and professional legal firm are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Pre-Litigation Executive to join their busy and expanding personal injury department based in their Stoke-on-Trent office.

This fantastic opportunity will allow the right candidate to manage their own caseload under supervision from start to finish including pre-litigated, fast track personal injury files ranging from RTA to EL / PL. you will undertake investigations and gather evidence in order to allow for a decision on whether or not to proceed to litigation. You will also deal with initial assessments on merits when the case exits the MOJ Portal, pre-action disclosures, obtain medical evidence, instruct non0medical experts, assess value of claims, keep clients updated as well as liaising with witnesses, experts ands third parties.

The successful Fee Earner will have extensive knowledge and experience of personal injury law as well as pre-action protocols and pre-litigation. You will be ambitious, enthusiastic and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as IT knowledge.
