Pre Litigation Executive, 2+ years' experience, Staffordshire – This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic lawyer to join a highly successful Litigation unit in Staffordshire.
JOB TITLE: Pre Litigation Executive
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Staffordshire
SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000
THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity to manage a caseload of Fast-Track cases which include Employers Liability, Public Liability and RTA claims. You will demonstrate your knowledge of Personal Injury Law, offering strategic and commercially minded advice. The role offers excellent career progression and development opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will take pride in delivering a high quality service. Ideally with 2+ years' experience handling Fast-Track claims, you will confidently manage your own caseload. Maintaining and developing your client base, you will actively participate in business development initiatives.
