Sellick Partnership are working with a fantastic Local Authority based in the Derbyshire area, who are looking for a Property Lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis to handle the council's varied Property portfolio.

The successful Property Lawyer will be required to take on a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property matters which may include:

  • Conveyancing
  • Leases
  • Right to Buy
  • Acquisitions
  • Advising on complex commercial property matters
  • General planning advice

This is a permanent role and the start date will be dependent on the successful candidate's notice period. We welcome applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and fee earners who currently manage a property caseload without supervision.

This is a full time role based at our clients' offices in Derbyshire with onsite parking provided for employees. They are working remotely for the foreseeable but once government guidelines are relaxed further there will be an expectation for an office presence.
