Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer

Senior Associate/Counsel level opportunity for a commercial litigation/dispute resolution lawyer to join a premier offshore law firm in Jersey.

The Role

• Senior Associate/Counsel level role with a team advising on the Jersey law aspects of high-value cross-border disputes.
• Broad commercial litigation work spanning contractual/shareholder disputes, complex banking and financial services disputes, contentious trusts, and insolvency.
• Opportunity to take on a lead role, managing clients and cases, assisting with the training and development of more junior colleagues, and contributing to client development efforts.

Requirements

• 7 years’ + pqe with significant experience of advising on high-value commercial litigation/dispute resolution, gained with a leading City or equivalent international law firm.
• Exposure to contentious banking/financial services/insolvency work would be an asset but applicants from a mainstream commercial litigation background are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and a flair for practice development are essential attributes.
