About the role:
- You will conduct various types of work including (but not limited to):
- Asylum Cases, including those outside of the Immigration Rules
- All types of Immigration appeals, including: Asylum Appeals & Administrative Review
- New Claims
- Human Rights Applications
- All Tier Visas, including Entrepreneur
- British Citizenship
- Indefinite Leave to Remain
- Points-Based System
- All initial immigration applications
The ideal candidate:
- Strong record of business development and managing a team.
- Solid experience in Immigration and be at least 7+ PQE
- Will take responsibility for managing and prioritising their own caseload, have good organisational skills with attention to detail. They must show a keen sense of timekeeping, attention to deadlines, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
