Residential Property Lawyer – This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic residential property lawyer looking to progress their career. This highly regarded East Sussex firm with an excellent reputation in the Sussex/Kent area and beyond are now looking to recruit a further residential property Solicitor, FCilex or licensed conveyancer to join their residential property team.
About the Role
You will be working alongside a small but highly knowledgeable team, assisting on complex matters whilst running your own caseload of HNW and MNW residential property transactions. The caseload includes:
- Sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Listed building legislation
- New build
- Transfer of title
- Sale & purchase of Country houses
- Mortgages
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a commercially aware solicitor who can advise on property transactions and add value to the practice. The ideal applicant will need to be:
- 2-4 relevant PQE
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Deliver the highest standards of client care
- Have sound marketing skills
- An approachable manner
