CHILDCARE SOLICITOR
CHELMSFORD, ESSEX
SALARY: £45,000
A leading Essex-based firm is seeking a skilled Childcare Solicitor to join the team in Chelmsford, following continued growth.
The Childcare Solicitor’s responsibilities will include:
- Working on both Publicly Funded and Private Children’s matters in a fully supported role
- Managing their own advocacy,
- Taking ownership of their own caseload
The successful Childcare Solicitor will have:
- Experience in a similar position
- A good understanding of Legal Aid
- Experience in Legal Aid Supervision or membership of the Children’s panel (desirable but not essential)
- A background in family law
