I am currently working with traditional high street law firm within a busy Residential Conveyancing team in Retford who have an opening for a Fee Earner due to promotion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that is expanding and looking to offer progression to their team.
Key responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for handling your own caseload from inception to completion, including freehold and leasehold, sale, and purchase files
• You will have the ability to deal with new build properties and shared ownership
• Some experience of commercial property law (advantageous)
• A proven record of providing excellent service to clients
To be successful you will be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with over 1 years' experience. You will be able to manage your own caseload and have a confident personality with excellent communication skills.
