LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking a Childcare Lawyer for three months initially.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be expected to undertake the following:
- Provide advice and assistance in pre-proceedings matters,
- Draft legal documents,
- Conduct care applications,
- Adoption proceedings and,
- Undertake advocacy at all levels within the family court.
It is essential that candidates applying for the role have experience carrying a caseload of PLO matters and cases in proceedings. You will be expected to carry a caseload of between 10-15 matters.
