Planning Associate

LAW Absolute is currently working on a position with a top 100 firm in Central London.  The positon is to start on short notice . The role will involve working on a range of planning related matters; particularly within developments, investments and construction. The work includes undertaking planning applications, appeals and Judicial Reviews, s106 agreements, highways and infrastructure matters, compulsory purchases and enforcement as well as litigation and enforcements

You will work closely with a team of lawyers on a range of FS regulation cases. The team is collegiate and collaborative and highly regarded in this area.
