SENIOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER
DORKING, SURREY
SALARY: £50K-£70K+, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Following a period of unprecedented growth, a Senior Residential Property Lawyer role is now required to join my client's award-winning Property Law Team in Dorking.
My client is willing to offer flexible working and the means for remote working for the right candidate, same said for continued career development and the means to be established long term in one of the leading and well regarded firms in Surrey.
In a one to one secretarial supported role, the role is very much varied in terms of work with the team providing an excellent service in but not limited to Sales and Purchases, Leasehold, Freehold, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, Leasehold Enfranchisement and New Builds.
The appreciation of quality service is paramount, as is a proactive approach to the role and willingness to engage with clients, agents and referrers in order to develop and market the team.
Property lawyers with in excess of 3 years PQE, demonstratable expertise and the drive to succeed are very much encouraged to apply.
