Housing Disrepair Solicitor or PI Retrain Solicitor

I am currently working with a well-established law firm based in Liverpool City Centre, who are currently looking for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their firm on a full time permanent basis.

The main duties for this role will include but are not limited to: Running a mixed caseload of both Pre-Litigated and Litigated Housing Disrepair files from 'cradle to grave'. You will be able to show previous experience of being a strong Litigator as this is essential, you will also have excellent knowledge of the CPR and other relevant case laws.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with Housing Disrepair claims and must be a qualified Solicitor. The firm will also consider individuals from a Personal Injury background who are looking for a retrain role and full training would be given on this.
